You experience that opening shop or support article links from fogcreek.com are not working. The same happens when trying to open renewal links from FogBugz FYS.

Typical links that are not working, are obsolete and might show certificate error:

• shop.fogcreek.com
• help.fogcreek.com/fogbugz
• fogcreek.com/fogbugz

Solution

FogCreek is the team that originally developed FogBugz. After DevFactory acquired FogBugz (previously called Manuscript) FogCreek was renamed to Glitch.

FogCreek.com domain is no longer with FogBugz.

FogBugz (and Manuscript) related resources, like Shop and Help Center are available under fogbugz.com domain:

• Shop - shop.fogbugz.com
• Help Center / Support - support.fogbugz.com
