New sites try a lot harder not to show an empty Iteration Planner at startup

When the whitespace around case IDs is double-clicked, Manuscript now shows a hint that it has copied the ID to your clipboard

Fixed a case where the XML API would truncate its response on errors, rather than printing an error as Roy Fielding intended
